Registration Notices
1. Payment must be made in USD (US dollars). The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money;
2. Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact pcm@cpcmconf.org for details);
4. The registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.

Cancellation Policy
• Before September 1, 2025: Full Refund (Please add 30 USD cancellation fee)
• From September 1 to September 20, 2025: 50% of payment Refund.
• After September 20, 2025: no refund.
